I have been asked where the sheriff gets his authority to deputize people. You will find the ruling from the judge there. Some have asked me if i will truly stand up. I posted a jot form that i filled out and signed. Yes, it was sent to SCOTUS. So yes, i will truly stand up and defend the people of Allegen County. There is also a file there that contains an oath. It is an oath that is, above and beyond my oath of office that i swear to. It is an oath that within seconds of swearing in. I will publicly read it. Then i will sign and date it for all to see.
